Matsalolin haila da rikice rikicen ta
Jinin haila wani jinni ne da yake fita daga al-au’urar mace wanda ke nuna cewa mace zata iya daukar ciki. Kuma alama ce ta balagar ‘ya mace. Manyan malaman musulunci sunyi bayani cewa jinin haila abinci ne ga ‘da yayin da yake mahaifar uwarsa har zuwa loqacin da za’a haife shi, shi yasa idan muka duba zamuga cewa matan da suke dauke da ciki da yawansu basa fitar da jinni haila.
KALAR JINI HAILA
Kamar yadda malaman musulunci suka yi bayani, shi dai jinni haila kala uku ne, matsawar babu wani abu da ya cudanya dashi, wato ya kan canza kala idan ya hadu da wani abun. (1) launin fatsi-fatsi (2) launin qasa-qasa kamar ruwan daya lalace. (3) launin ja. Haka zalika idan mace na fama da lalurar rikicewar jinni to jinni haila yakan canza daga kalarsa ta asali izuwa baqi, kamar yadda yazo a hadisin fadimatu bint abi hubaiyyish.
SHEKARUN DA MACE KE FARA HAILA DA DAINAWA.
Mace da dama suna fara haila da zarar sun kai shekara 12, amma ana samun matan da suke farawa kafin su kai shekara goma sha biyun, hadisai da yawa sun yi byani akan loqacin da mace take daina haila, wasu sun ce 55, wasu 60, wasu kuma 70, amma wadannan hadisai a zance mafi inganci basu inganta ta. Saboda haka mafi inganci da aka samu a cikin hadisai ingantattu shine shekara 50. Amma ba hakan yake nunawa cewa wasu basa wucewa ba, ana samun matan da suke wuce wadannan shekaru amma basu daina fitar dashi ba.
TSAWON KWANAKIN HAILA
Babu wani hadisi ingantacce da ya iyakance kwanakin haila, ko kuma kwanakin da za’a ce mace ta tsarkaka, kamar yadda Ibn Taimiyya, Ibnul Munzir, Ibnul qayyim al jauzi, Ash-shaukani da kuma sheik Sadiq Khan suka tabbatar. Gami da kuma aya cikin suratul baqara data qara tabbatar da hakan (quran 2;22).
Wasu malaman sunce hadisan da suka nuna cewa kwana uku ne mafi qarancin kwanakin haila da cewa kuma mafi yawanci shine kwana 15, wadannan basu inganta ba. Hadisin da yayi maganar kwana 6 ko 7 , ya shafi wadda ke jinni cuta ne.
ABINDA AKA HARAMTAWA MACE MAI HAILA
Akwai abubuwa da yawa da aka hana mai haila ta aikata su. Malamai sun dace akan wasu, kuma sun samu sabani akan wasu.
1. Dawafi; kamar yadda aka samu muslim ya ruwaito; idan hailer tazo bayan anyi dawaful ifaadah, to ba zata jira daukewar ta ba don tayi dawaful wadaa. An dauke mata wannan dawafi.
2. Sallah da azumi: kamar yadda aka karbo daga Uwar muminai Nana Aisha R.A cewa manzon Allah s.a.w ya umarcesu da su rama azumi amma bai umarcesu da su rama sallah ba. Bukhari da muslim suka ruwaito. To anan zamu ce mai haila dole zata rama azumin da ta sha yayin da take haila, amma bazata rama sallah ba.
3. Saduwa: yazo cikin suratul baqara, Allah s.w.a yace :”kuma suna tambayar ka game da haila? Kace: shi cuta ne. saboda haka ku nisanci mata a cikin wurin haila, kuma kada ku kusance su sai sun tsarki. To, idan sunyi wanka sai kuje musu daga inda Allah ya umarce ku. Lalle ne Allah yana son tuba, kuma yana son masu tsarkakewa”. (quran 2:222) daga wannan ayar zamu fahimta cewa Allah yayi hani akan saduwa da mace mai haila har sai ta yi tsarki.
4. Saki: Allah madaukakin sarki ya fada mana cikin qurani mai girma:” ya kai Annabi! Idan kun saki mata, sai ku sake su ga iddarsu, kuma ku qididdiga iddar”. (quran 65:1). Abinda ake nufi da saki ga idda shine; wato ya sake ta saki guda a cikin sauqin da bai shafe ta ba, ma’ana ta gama idda kuma bai sadu da it aba ba.
5. Zama cikin masallaci: hadisan da suka zo akan cewa mace mai hail aba zata shiga masallaci ba. basu inganta ba, wasu ma suka ce koda ba zama zatayi ba bashi halatta ta shiga masallaci. Tare da cewa hakan ya saba wa ingantattun hadisai daga wajan; Nana Aisha da kuma Abu Hurairah.
6. Daukar alqur’ani: malamai sun samu sabani kan hakan, wasu malaman ma haka suka ce ko karantawa baza tayi ba. Wasu kuma sunce zata iya daukar wani bangaran domin karantawa. In kuma hafiza ce to zata iya yin karatun ta tin daga suratul fatiha har nasi da k aba tare da ta dauka ba.
ABUBUWAN DA SUKA HALARTA GA MAI HAILA
Kabbara da Zikri: yana halatta ga mace mai haila tayi zikri, bismillah, hailala, haiqala, ko kuma kabbara. A wurin cin abinci, ko haka kurum domin samun lada, ko kuma karanta hadisi ko addu’a ko kuma karatun litattafan ilmi. Saboda abinda yazo a cikin sahihul bukhari da kuma sahihul muslim dama waninsu cewa manzon Allah s.a.w yana kwanciya akan cinyar nana Aisha R.A a loqacin tana haila kuma yana karatun al’qurani.
Zuwa wurin sallah: ya halatta ga mace mai haila taje wurin sallah ba tare da tayi sallar ba. Saboda zuwan hadisin manzon Allah s.a.w da aka karbo daga bakin ummu Atiyyah, tace: naji manzon Allah s.a.w yace: kubar matan da suka balaga, da matan da aka killace, da kuma matan da suke haila su fita. Ma’ana ai zuwa sallar iidi,domin su shaida yadda taron musulmai yake, amma mata masu haila su nisanci wajan sallar.” Au kama qalal rasool s.a.w.
Aikin hajji: yana halatta ga mace Mai haila ta tsaya arafa, ta yi kwanan mustalifa da minna, jifan shaidan da sauran ayyuka da akeyi a aikin hajji da umura, amma banda dawafi kamar yadda muka ambata a baya. Kenan idan haila ta samu mace bayan tayi dawafin farko zata iya qarasa ragowar ayyukanta amma banda dawafi bankwana. Saboda hadisin Abdullahi dan Abbas da yake cewa: manzon Allah s.a.w ya gaya wa mutane cewa abinda zasuyi na qarshe shine dawafi a dakin Allah, amma ya daukewa mace mai haila. Idan haila ta same ta kafin ta fara dawafi (dawaful ifadah), to sai tayi ragowar aiyukan idan ta samu tsarki sai ta je tayi dawafin. Allahu shine mafi sani. Idan taji tsoron kubucewar aikin hajjin a dalilin yin dawaful ifadah, to sai tayi qunzugu, tayi dawafinta, kuma dawafin yayi. Ibn taimiyyah ya rinjayar da wannan fahimtar.
Aure: ya halatta a daura wa mace aure a loqacin da take haila, amma fa mu sani baya halatta mijin nata ya kusance ta har sai tayi tsarki.

ZARCEWAR JININ HAILA
Idan jinin haila yaqi tsayawa, ko mace taga tana haila sama da sau biyu a wata daya, ko kuma jini baya dadewa yake tsayawa misali kwana daya ko biyu sai taga ya tsaya, to wannan ya zama jinin cuta. Saboda haka abinda zatayi shine zata duba taga kwana nawa take haila kafin ta fara samun wannan matsalar, sai ta yi amfanin da wadannan kwanaki na baya. Kamar yadda yazo a hadisin ummu habiba: ta tambayi manzon Allah s.a.w akan jinni da yake zuba bayan ta gama haila har tsawon shekara bakwai: sai ya umarce ta da tayi wanka bayan kwanaki hailer ta data saba yi, ya qara da cewa daga jijiya jinni yake, saboda haka tana wanka a duk sallar da zatayi.”
Idan mace bata san kwanakin da take yin hailar taba, amma zata iya banbancewa tsakanin jinin al’ada da jinin cuta, zatayi amfanin da launin baqi mai kauri mai tsananin doyi a matsayin haila, shi kuma jinni cuta yana kasancewa ja mara kauri.
Idan kuma bazata iya banbancesu ba sai ta dauki kwana 6 ko 7 a matsayin kwanakin hailar ta bisa lura da kwanakin ta da tsarkinta keyi.
Malamai sunyi maganganu da dama wajan yin salla da azumi mai haila. Idan ta fara jini koda gab da rana zata fadi ne a cikin azumi matuqar ranar bata fadi ba, bata da wannan azumin, idan kum alama taji amma ba futowar jinni har rana ta fadi to azumin ta ya cika, idan loqacin sahur ya sameta tana haila bata da wannan azumi koda kuwa loqacin na fita tayi tsarki, amma idan tayi tsarki kafin hudowar alfijir to ko batayi wanka ba zata iya jin azumin ta. Game da sallah kuma malamai suka ce in dai har loqacin da tayi tsarki zata iya samun koda raka’a ne a cikin loqacin wannan sallar to sai ta rama wannan sallar. Manyan malaman mazhabobi guda 3(imam maliku, Ahmadu bin hambal da shafi’i) na ganin cewa idan jinin ya dauke kafin faduwar rana da kimanin raka’a 1, zatayi sallar azahar da la’asar, idan kafin fitowar alfijir ne zatayi magariba da kuma isha’i.
Malamai na ganin cewa ya halarta mace ta sha maganin da zai tsayar mata da al’adarta domin ta samu yin azumi gaba daya ko aikin hajji, in har mijinta ya yadda( ga masu aure), kuma ba wata matsala dangane da lafiyarta.
Idan ba ruwa yayin mace ta tsarkaka to taymama ta wadatar kafin samuwar ruwan, kuma mijinta zai iya saduwa da ita a wannan yanayin. Haka zalika jinin cuta baya hana miji saduwa da matarsa.
