Karawa Namiji Sha'awa Da Kuzari Yayin Jima'i


Bayan bincike mai zurfi masana sun bayyan kyakkyawar danganta da ke tsakanin irin abincin da mu ke ci, da kara mana sha'awa, yawan maniyyi da kuma kuzari yayin saduwar aure da iyali.
Ba wani abu ya sanya mu rubutu a wannan bangaren ba, sai irin koken da muke samu daga gurin ma'auratan da matsalar rashin sha'awa ko kuzari ke ciwa tuwo a kwarya. Kuma hakan na da hadari a rayuwar aure.

Kamar yadda muka fada ne a makalar da muka kawo muku mai take "Matsalar saurin inzali da yadda za'a magance ta"cewa irin wannan matsala da ta shafi jima'i tsakanin ma'aurata kan haddasa rashin zaman lafiya tsakanin su, a wani lokacin ma ta kan zama sanadiyar rabuwar auren, Allah ya kiyaye.


Hakanan a waccar makalar dai mun bayyana cewa ba zancen kunya wajen tattauna irin wadannan al'amura, musamman a shafi kamar wannan, don kuwa mai irin wannan matsalar ya sanu damar da zai karanta abinsa shi kadai, ko da yana kunyar bayyanawa wani halin da ya ke ciki.

Wasu da yawa da suke fama da irin wannan matsala, ba kowanne lokacin ne za'a ce ta yi nisan da sai sunje ga neman magani ba,sauyi da tsarin cin abinci kadai ka iya magance mu su ita. Sai dai kash rashin sani yasa kaza ta kwana kan dami amma ba ta tsattsaga ba.
Allah Ya hore mana nau'in abinci kala-kala amma da yawanmu ba mu san yadda za mu ci gajiyar su ba, wajen inganta lafiyarmu. Wannnan yasa mu ganin dacewar kawo muku wannan makala.
A sha karatu lafiya.
1. Ridi
Ta yiwu ka yi mamakin mun ambaci ridi, to ba abin mamaki game da haka don kuwa masana sun tabbatar da cewa yana kunshe da sanadarai na zinc da ke habaka yawan maniyyi ga namiji wanda hakan ke kara masa sha'awa.
2. Kankana.
Wani bincike da aka gudanar a shekara ta 1983 ya nuna yadda kankana ke kara kuzari ga namiji, saboda wasu muhimman sanadaran da ta ke kunshe da su, harma wasu sukan misalta ta da irin magungunan jima'i da wasu ke sha.
3. Barkono/Yaji.
Wasu ba su san dangantakar gudanuwar jini a jikin dan-adam da jima'i ba. Yadda al'amarin yake yayin da sha'awar mutum ta motsa, hanyoyin jini da ke jikin al'aurarsa sukan bude sai jini ya kwarara, hakan ya ke sanya al'aurar ta sa yin karfi har ya samu damar gabatar da jima'i ba tare da matsala ba.
To shi barkono yana da sinadaran da suke aiwatar da irin wannan aiki a jikin dan-adam. Amma ba ana nufin mutum ya debi yaji ya sha ba, a'a zai hada shine da abinci. Haka nan kuma ana fadakar da mutane wajen takaita amfani da shi,musamman ga wadanda idan sun ci da yawa zai haifar musu da wata matsalar.
4. Citta.
Ita ma citta tana aiki ne kwatankwacin na yaji. Kamar yadda yaji ke taimakawa wajen kwararar jini zuwa ga al'aura namiji, haka ita ma ta ke yi. Sai dai kari akan na barkono ita tana kara lafiyar hanyoyin jinin.
